PERIODIC TRAINING FOR STANDARDIZED PATIENTS
On the morning of February 21st, 2022, members of the Education Division held a periodic training session for standardized patients (SPs) at CECICS.
In this session, the new SPs were briefed on the principles and requirements of working at CECICS, as well as a brief introduction to simulation scenarios. The old SPs were trained on the new simulation scenarios, how to assess student competency. At the end of the session, members of the Education Division answered questions and received ideas that the SPs contributed in order to improve the quality of the training and assessment program.
